Waves Volleyball Club Director/Head Coach Vince Escobar enters his 40th overall season coaching volleyball. During his career, Coach Escobar has won numerous collegiate, high school, and volleyball club championships. Coach Escobar’s coaching principles emphasize solid volleyball mechanics, with a directed focus toward rapid defense-to-offense transitions, and coaching integrated offense attack strategies.

Outside of the volleyball court, Coach Escobar is a retired aerospace design engineer/program manager. He is an accomplished fly fisher and a fan of Formula One Racing.
